Mirai – Skills & Knowledge — Terms of Use

By accessing or using Mirai – Skills & Knowledge’s applications, websites, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. About Us
These Terms are a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Mirai – Skills & Knowledge (“Company”, “we”, “us”). For questions, email info@mirai-sk.org.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct
Use the Services only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:
- Interfere with, harm, reverse engineer, or attempt to access the Services’ backend
- Upload or share unlawful, infringing, harmful, or malicious content
- Use the Services to send spam, phishing, malware, or to defraud others
- Copy, distribute, resell, or create derivative works of the Services without written permission
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. User Content
When you upload, submit, or create content via the Services (“User Content”), you keep ownership of that content. By submitting User Content you grant Mirai – Skills & Knowledge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute the content solely to provide and improve the Services.
You represent and warrant that you own the rights to your User Content or have permission to share it, and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights. We may remove any User Content that breaches these Terms.
5. Purchases & Subscriptions
Certain features require payment. Prices and billing terms are shown at purchase time. Payments are processed by the platform store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play) unless otherwise stated.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the Services (including text, images, audio, code, and designs) is owned by Mirai – Skills & Knowledge or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services as intended; all other rights are reserved.
7. Privacy

8. No Medical or Professional Advice
Content provided via the Services is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for such matters.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted access.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirai – Skills & Knowledge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. For paid services, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the prior 12 months. For free services, liability is limited except for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms. We will notify you of material changes where reasonable. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. General
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
The official language of these Terms is English.
